A Manhattan man appeared in court Monday to plead not guilty to charges filed against him in multiple cases.
Luke Johnson, 22, appeared before Judge John Bosch to enter a plea of not guilty to 10 counts against him which spread across three separate cases. He was arrested last May by the Riley County Police Department and Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office and now faces charges including one count of distribution of a controlled substance causing death, three counts of distribution of fentanyl, one count of aggravated battery, two counts of distribution of a controlled substance causing great bodily harm, two counts of aggravated child endangerment and one count of commission of a felony drug violation using a cell phone app.
