    Officers filed an assault and criminal damage to property report in the 2500 block of Candle Crest Cir. A 31-year-old woman, listed as a victim, reported that a 31-year-old man threw property at her. The listed victim reported that the property being thrown at her placed her in fear and damaged some of the thrown property. Zarawar Zahid, 31, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 21, 2025, at approximately 8:01 p.m. in the 2500 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Zahid remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a bond of $5,000.

    Jaylen Mason, 31, of Junction City, Kansas, was arrested on April 21, 2025, at approximately 7:38 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, on a Pottawatomie County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Mason Bailey remains confined in the Riley County Jail with no bond listed on the warrant.
