A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday evening by Riley County Police Department for charges including rape, kidnapping and blackmail.
Officers arrested Henrry Josue Mendrano Tellez, 33, on Thursday at 11:15 p.m. at the McDonalds in Westloop Place for rape, aggravated assault, aggravated sexual battery, kidnapping, blackmail with a video, photo, file or image and aggravated endangering a child.
He was given a bond of $500,000 and remains held in Riley County jail.
