A Junction City man was sentenced in Riley County District Court for two cases, one of which involved assault with a car and tire iron.
Lendell Fleming, 23, was sentenced to 12 months probation for aggravated assault with a car, 12 months probation for aggravated battery with a tire iron, six months probation for criminal threat, six months probation for criminal damage to property and 30 days probation for disorderly conduct in a case from August 2023.
Fleming also received two sentences of 12 months of probation for two counts of domestic battery in a case from last November.
