Timothy Lavender, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 9, 2025, at approximately 8:21 p.m. in the 2400 block of Himes Road, on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The warrant stems from the original charge of attempted aggravated burglary. Lavender was issued no bond and is still confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Eli Smith, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 9, 2025, at approximately 4:25 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, on a Pottawatomie County Court warrant for probation violation and violating a protection order. Smith was issued a cash-only bond of $7579.67 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

On May 9, 2025, at approximately 11:05 a.m., detectives served a search warrant in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Blvd. regarding the illegal possession of controlled substances. A 42-year-old male and a 34-year-old female were listed as suspects in the case when it was reported they possessed methamphetamine, cocaine, a defaced firearm, and drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute. The report listed that the 42-year-old male and the 34-year-old female are convicted felons.

Donte Roberts, 42, of Junction City, KS, was arrested on May 9, 2025, at approximately 12:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Blvd. for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute and defacing identification marks on a firearm. Roberts was issued a total bond of $12,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

Decemantrea Richardson, 34 Wichita, KS, was arrested on May 9, 2025, at approximately 12:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Blvd. for criminal possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute and defacing identification marks on a firearm. Roberts remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $15,000.

Jamie Aguero, 38, of Topeka, KS, was arrested on May 5, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in Shawnee County, KS, on a Pottawatomie District Court warrant for rape and aggravated criminal sodomy.Aguero was issued a $5000 bond and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

Robert Leeper, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 11, 2025, at approximately 5:41 p.m. in the 200 block of Fort Riley Blvd., on a Pottawatomie District Court warrant for probation violation. Leeper was issued a cash-only $6387.95 bond and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

Connor Baer, 19, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 11, 2025, at approximately 4:24 a.m. in the 500 block of N. Manhattan, on criminal damage to property and minor in consumption of alcohol. Baer was issued a $3000 bond and is confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
