RCPD responded to 14 incidents across Manhattan on May 30 and 31, including three non-injury traffic accidents, a reported domestic disturbance, drug-related activity at The Links apartments, and a DUI arrest at the intersection of North Seth Child Road and Kimball Avenue.
Five individuals were arrested during this period.
Lane Lawrence Luthi, 23, of Junction City, was arrested on multiple charges including attempted first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated domestic battery. His bond was set at $500,000.
Brendon Juan Delarosa, 22, of the Bronx, New York, was arrested on charges related to child sex crimes, including rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child, with a bond set at $200,000.
Angel David Albanil-Chaga, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested for DUI and driving without a license, with a bond of $750.
Other arrests included David Nelson Paige Voter, 54, of Manhattan, for failure to appear, and Jhonathan Michael Ortiz, 24, of Manhattan, for probation violations.
