Officers filed a report of aggravated assault near the intersection of 68th Ave. and Deer Trail Road, at approximately 12:05 p.m. on May 6, 2025. A 61-year-old male was listed as a victim when it was reported that a 59-year-old female armed herself with a handgun and discharged it during a road rage incident. No persons were injured during the event. Tracey Meredith, 59, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 6, 2025, at approximately 1:43 p.m. in the 2700 block of Brookhollow Court for aggravated assault. Meredith was issued a total bond of $5000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
Daniel Fox, 54, of Leavenworth, KS, was arrested on May 5, 2025, at approximately 1:48 p.m. in Leavenworth County, on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. The warrant stems from the original charge of Criminal Threat. Fox was issued a total bond of $5000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
Elizabeth Juhl, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested on April 24, 2025, at approximately 6:07 p.m. in Sedgwick County on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from the original charge of Theft. Juhl was issued a total bond of $2000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
