The nearly 8,300-square-foot retail space at 1218 Moro St. is listed for $1.5 million and has been on the market since last week.

A sale page at 1218Moro.com says the property includes a fully equipped kitchen and bar, modern infrastructure, updated interiors, prime visibility with strong foot traffic and furniture, fixtures and equipment included in the sale price.

The price tag includes the Johnny’s Kaw’s House Bar on the north side of Moro. The Yard Bar and Shot Stop locations are not included for sale.
