    Manhattan’s Harli Omli named Spring All-Flint Hills Female Athlete of the Year

    In a sport that thrives on pressure and nowhere to hide, it’s rare to find someone who not only embraces the moment, but also dominates it.

    When the lights were brightest, Manhattan’s Harli Omli rose up and delivered a season for the ages, stealing the spotlight at the state track meet at Cessna Stadium in Wichita, leaving with three gold medals and one silver.\
