    Joseph Hodges, 49, of Manhattan was arrested on June 4, 2025, at approximately 9:13 a.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from original charges of interference with law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hodges was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    A Riley County Police Department Police Officer was arrested following an investigation into a domestic related incident.  On June 2, 2025, officers filed a report for unlawful acts concerning computers. A 36-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 42-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Stephen Clark, 42, of Manhattan was arrested on June 4, 2025, at approximately 4:56 p.m. for unlawful acts concerning computers.  Clark was issued a $4,000 bond and is no longer confined at the time of this report. On June 2, 2025, Clark was placed on administrative leave as per RCPD policy. To protect the privacy of the victim, additional information is not being released.
