    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 700 block of Poyntz Ave, in Manhattan on July 23, 2025, at approximately 10:56 a.m. Landmark Bank was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged the door to the ATM check/cash drop. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $600. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Mason Moon, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on July 23, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m. on two Manhattan Municipal Court warrants for probation violation. These warrants stem from original charges of driving under the influence. Moon was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
