Officers filed a report of a stolen motorcycle in the 700 block of Highland Ridge Dr., in Manhattan, on July 29, 2025 at approximately 12:04 p.m. A 31-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole a 2023 Yamaha motorcycle from a parking lot. The estimated total loss from this incident is approximately $7,000. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Kelly Ware, 46, of Wichita, was arrested on July 29, 2025, at approximately 1:50 p.m. on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from the original charges of driving while suspended/revoked, too fast for conditions and filing a false report. Ware was issued a total bond of $8,500 is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
