A California man was arrested Wednesday morning by the Riley County Police Department after being extradited from California.

Ivan Krdzic, 36, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 9:05 a.m. for two counts of aggravated kidnapping and criminal threat causing terror, evacuation or disruption. He is held in Riley County Jail on a $200,000 bond.

RCPD representatives said the warrant stems from two reports filed in June.  A document filed with the Riley County District Court lists a victim born in 1991 for all three counts. RCPD would not release any additional information.
