    Chanel Toliver, 38, of Junction City, was arrested on August 17, 2025, at approximately 10:15 p.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Toliver was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of theft in the 2200 block of Grand Mere Parkway in Manhattan on August 16, 2025, at approximately 11:49 a.m. Fidelity State Bank and Trust and a 77-year-old man were listed as the victims when it was reported an unknown person stole a check and cashed it. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,307.66. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for forgery in the 2100 block of Farmingdale Court in Manhattan on August 16, 2025, at approximately 10:40 a.m. An 84-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown person stole a check, washed it and forged another check. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $8,455.42. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 2300 block of Cheryl Terrace in Manhattan on August 16, 2025, at approximately 9:41 a.m. A 46-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown person damaged his mailbox. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,500. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for violation of protection of order, burglary and criminal trespass in Manhattan on August 15, 2025 at approximately 8:11 p.m. A 25-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 25-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Officers filed a second report for violation of a protection order in Manhattan on August 16 at approximately 3:34 p.m. Christopher Larsen, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 16, for two counts of a violation of a protection order, burglary and criminal trespass. Larsen was issued no bond and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Tiffany Ryals, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 15, 2025, at approximately 9:40 a.m. in the 1000 block of Seth Child Blvd on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear. The warrants stem from original charges of aggravated assault, three counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ryals was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
