    Kyrianna Johnson, 26, of Junction City, was arrested on August 18, 2025, at approximately 10:02 p.m. at the 1000 block of Seth Child Blvd, on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from original charges of failing to stop at a red light and driving on a suspended license. Johnson was issued no bond and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this release.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated assault and aggravated robbery in the 700 block of Riley Lane in Manhattan, on August 18, 2025, at approximately 5:50 p.m. An 18-year-old man and a 14-year-old male were listed as the victims when it was reported that a 43-year-old suspect threatened them with a crowbar and took a moped. Steven Renner, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested for aggravated assault, aggravated robbery and a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Renner was issued a total bond of $50,250 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this release.

    Kenneth Kelley, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 18, 2025, at approximately 11:41 a.m. in the 1000 block of Seth Child Blvd., on a Riley County District Court warrant for 13 counts of electronic solicitation and 12 counts of promoting obscenity to minors. This warrant stems from a report filed in October, 2024. Kelley was issued a total bond of $125,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this release.
