    83-year-old man arrested on assault, child endangerment charges

    An 83-year-old Manhattan man is jailed on several charges including assault and child endangerment.

    Riley County Police say Allen Frazier was arrested Tuesday on five counts of aggravated assault, one count of interference with a law enforcement officer and one count of aggravated child endangerment. The charges are alleged from a Monday incident.

    Victims listed in the report include a 61-year-old woman, two 34-year-old men, a 53-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman, a 36-year-old man and a 3-month-old boy.

    Frazier remains jailed on a $30,000 bond.
