    Officers filed a report for five counts of aggravated assault, one count of interference with a law enforcement officer and one count of aggravated endangering of a child on Sept. 8, 2025, at approximately 5:38 p.m., in Manhattan. A 61-year-old woman, two 34-year-old men, a 53-year-old woman, a 30-year-old woman, a 36-year-old man and a 3-month-old male were listed as victims. An 83-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Allen Frazier, 83, of Manhattan, was arrested for five counts of aggravated assault, one count of interference with a law enforcement officer and one count of aggravated endangering of a child on Sept. 9 at approximately 5:37 p.m. Frazier was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for vehicle theft in the 600 block of Bluemont Avenue in Manhattan, on Sept. 9 at approximately 10:40 a.m. A 35-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole her 2013 Acura. During the investigation, officers were able to recover the vehicle and identified a 37-year-old woman as the suspect. Sarah Way, 37, of Manhattan, was arrested on Sept. 9, at approximately 12:28 p.m., for theft of property or services. Way was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
