Riley County Police logged more than two dozen incidents and six arrests between Friday and early Saturday, according to department reports.
Among the calls, officers responded to two injury crashes Friday evening — one at Westwood Road and Fort Riley Boulevard and another in the 200 block of Fort Riley Boulevard. Police also investigated drug violations at the Evergreen Apartments on Garden Way and on Casement Road, along with forgery at Mid America Piano, larcenies at Hy-Vee and other locations, and several domestic-related calls.
Six people were arrested during the same reporting period. They included Bryan Anthony Mosley, 34, of Manhattan, who was booked on suspicion of sexual battery and interference with law enforcement after being arrested at Finn’s Pub. Osvaldo Omar Bigas, 22, of Junction City, was arrested on a probation violation warrant, while Chase David Ferguson, 26, of Fort Riley, was jailed for interference with law enforcement.
Also arrested were Alexis Sanchez Santiaguez, 23, of Manhattan, for DUI; Teiana Lashay Cooper, 24, of Junction City, on a failure-to-appear warrant; and Juston Marvin Staley, 42, of Manhattan, for criminal trespass and failure to appear
