    33-year-old charged with intimidation, property damage

    A Manhattan man is behind bars after a report of criminal damage to property and intimidation of a witness.

    According to the Riley County Police Department, 33-year-old Michael Brooks was arrested Wednesday evening. The victim in the case is a 27-year-old woman. Police say the two are known acquaintances.

    Brooks is confined on a $6,000 bond.
