The Riley County Police Department reports the arrest of 15-year-old Noah Owen Wilson of Ogden, Kansas, on Saturday evening. Officers took Wilson into custody around 8:20 p.m. at the Dollar General located at 118 Riley Avenue.
According to the arrest report, Wilson was booked on probable cause for theft of property or services valued at less than $1,500, a shoplifting charge under Kansas statute 21-5801(a)(1)(B4). He was not confined at the Riley County Jail following the arrest.
