Riley County Police say 24-year-old Donte Long was taken into custody around 4:10 p.m. Nov. 19 in the 900 block of North Seth Child Road. Long faces three counts of possession of marijuana; one count each of distribution of marijuana between 450 grams and less than 30 kilograms, distribution of marijuana between 25 and 450 grams, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture or cultivate a controlled substance, use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation, and distribution of a controlled substance in dosages ranging from 10 to 100 units. He also faces a charge of domestic battery.

According to police, the charges stem from reports filed on Nov. 19 and June 13, 2025.
