A Manhattan man was arrested last week on multiple counts related to violations of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
The Riley County Police Department filed a report Nov. 3 around 1:50 p.m. in the 1100 block of Garden Way for violation and aggravated violation of the offender registration act.
According to police, 46-year-old Timothy Cohill was taken into custody Nov. 10 around 1:05 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road. He faces five counts of violating the offender registration act, two counts of aggravated violation of the act, and an additional Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for probation violation.
Cohill was issued a total bond of $75,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail as of the time of the report.
