    RCPD investigating alleged aggravated indecent liberties involving child

    The Riley County Police Department is investigating a report of aggravated indecent liberties with a child filed Friday evening in Manhattan.

    Officers filed the report around 5:32 p.m. Nov. 21. A 3-year-old girl was listed as the victim, and a 22-year-old man known to the victim was listed as the suspect.

    Due to the nature of the case, police said no additional information will be released at this time.
