    Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property, battery of a law enforcement officer and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia at approximately 5:26 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2025 in the 500 block of Manhattan Avenue. Asia Foster, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:45 p.m. for criminal damage to property and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Foster was also arrested for battery of a law enforcement officer where a 25-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported the suspect battered the officer during arrest. Foster was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of a vehicle at approximately 12:28 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 5000 block of Skyway Drive. Hertz Rental was listed as the victim when it was reported a known 42-year-old female suspect did not return a 2025 Nissan Altima rental car. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $25,000. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report of vehicle theft at approximately 10:46 a.m. on Nov. 14 in the 1700 block of Airport Road. A 40-year-old woman was listed as the victim. A 30-year-man known to the victim was listed as the suspect when it was reported a 2019 Honda CRV was taken from a rental car parking lot without permission. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $12,000. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.
