Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property, battery of a law enforcement officer and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia at approximately 5:26 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2025 in the 500 block of Manhattan Avenue. Asia Foster, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:45 p.m. for criminal damage to property and use/possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia. Foster was also arrested for battery of a law enforcement officer where a 25-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported the suspect battered the officer during arrest. Foster was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

A 30-year-man known to the victim was listed as the suspect when it was reported a 2019 Honda CRV was taken from a rental car parking lot without permission.
