RCPD Report: 11/18/25

Officers filed a report for aggravated assault, aggravated burglary and domestic criminal trespass at approximately 8:13 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2025 in Manhattan. Victims included a 21-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman. A 36-year-old man, known to the victims, was listed as the suspect.

Officers filed a report for distribution of an opiate, narcotic, certain stimulant and the use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation at approximately 12:07 p.m. on April 23, 2025. David DeJesus Roman, 28, of Ogden, was arrested at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Nov. 17 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road for distribution of an opiate, narcotic, certain stimulant and the use of a communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation. DeJesus Roman was issued a total bond of $7,500 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Rochelle Santiago, 58, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:05 a.m. on Nov. 17 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for one count of disorderly conduct; disturbing a meeting, assembly or procession. Santiago was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
