Katrina Fair, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:44 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2025 in the 100 block of 4th Street in Manhattan on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of theft. Fair was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of burglary, theft of property or services and criminal use of a financial card at approximately 7 p.m. on June 15, 2025. Beto’s Meat Market was listed as the victim when it was reported a known individual unlawfully used a credit card at the business. Tiffany Fernandez, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:56 a.m. on Nov. 4 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road for burglary, theft of property or services and criminal use of a financial card. Fernandez was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
