    Unidentified man found dead near Linear Trail

    Riley County Police officers are investigating the death of an unidentified man Tuesday morning.

    The body was found in the area of Linear Trail, between Manhattan Avenue and 5th Street. RCPD asked the public in a social media post to avoid the area until further notice.

    An RCPD representative said the circumstances of the man’s death are unclear, and said the investigation is active. No further information is being released at this time.
