A Manhattan woman was taken into custody Thursday morning on two warrants for failure to appear.

Riley County Police say 23-year-old Kelly Carlson was arrested around 9:15 a.m. Dec. 4 on both a Riley County District Court warrant and a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant. The warrants stem from original charges including distribution of an opiate/opium less than 3.5 grams, distribution of a controlled substance causing great bodily harm, aggressive dog at large, and no tags or vaccine.

Carlson was issued a total bond of $22,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
