Kamahl Bobian’s life sentence has not changed. At his resentencing Tuesday, Judge Kendra Lewison formally pronounced Bobian’s sentence for first-degree premeditated murder at Riley County District Court.
Lewison said at the original sentencing, which took place December 2023, Bobian’s sentence of 50 years to life had not been stated on the record and this needed to be amended.
The sentences for the Manhattan man’s other charges — 52 months for aggravated burglary and 24 months at Riley County jail for two counts of violating a protection order — remain the same. In November 2023, the court found Bobian guilty for the murder of his wife.
