    Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 7:43 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2025 in the 400 block of Stone Drive. A 32-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown individual stole a package from his front porch that contained Cutco Knives. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,600. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft of property or services, criminal threat, criminal trespass and two counts of harassment by a telecom device at approximately 1:51 p.m. on Dec. 15 in the 1500 block of College Avenue. Prime Place Apartments, a 62-year-old woman, a 39-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman were listed as victims when it was reported a known 44-year-old woman stole items from the resident lounge and gym area and made harassing and threatening phone calls. All stolen items were returned. Christina Drummond, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road for theft of property or services, criminal threat, criminal trespass and two counts of harassment by a telecom device. Drummond was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Estevan Rochin, 19, of Ogden, was arrested for theft of property of services, three counts of theft by deception and two counts of making false information at approximately 3:17 p.m. on Dec. 15 in the 200 block of Riley Avenue. Officers filed the initial report of burglary at approximately 4:37 p.m. on Dec. 12 in the 600 block of Moro Street. Rochin was issued a total bond of $20,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers responded to a report of an injury accident at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Dec. 15, at Griffith Drive and Casement Road. Upon arrival, officers found a 2019 Dodge Ram driven by Cage Paul, 22, had struck a 2017 Dodge Charger driven by Danielle Schroeder, 22. Paul was transported to Via Christi for his injuries and issued a citation for following too close.
