Koltyn Moore, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2025 in the 200 block of Manhattan Town Center on a Riley County District Court warrant for unlawful computer acts and theft by deception. This arrest stems from a report filed on Nov. 14, 2025. Moore was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
