Lionel Dixon, 41, of Kansas City was arrested for aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, theft and criminal trespass. Dixon was issued a total bond of $12,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at this time.
Daundra Brown, 34, of Manhattan was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated battery on December 6, 2025, at approximately 2:51 p.m. This warrant stems from a report filed in August 2025. Officers responded to a report of an injury crash at Tuttle Creek Blvd and Griffith Dr in Manhattan on December 6, 2025, at approximately 2:28 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder driven by Stevie Allen, 36 of Bennington, KS struck a 2016 Jeep Renegade driven by Alani Lanning, 32, of La Cygne, KS. Lanning was transported by ambulance to Via Christi Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Allen was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
Keonte Concepcion-Summers, 25, of Manhattan was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery on December 7, 2025, at approximately 7:01 p.m. This warrants stems from a report filed in May 2025.
