    Fort Riley man arrested after reported $20k vehicle theft

    A Fort Riley man was arrested Thursday night following a vehicle theft reported in Manhattan.

    Riley County Police say officers filed the report around 10:28 p.m. Jan. 8 in the 500 block of Richards Drive. A 21-year-old woman told police a 21-year-old man known to her stole a 2021 Dodge Charger valued at $20,000.

    Officers arrested 21-year-old Craig Webb around 11 p.m. on charges of criminal deprivation of property, criminal damage to property and driving under the influence.

    Webb was issued a total bond of $2,750 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
