    Colton Magnuson, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:37 p.m. on Jan. 11 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of interference with a law enforcement officer. Magnuson was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated battery at approximately 4:11 a.m. on Jan. 11 in Manhattan. A 21-year-old man was listed as the victim and a 19-year-old woman known to the victim was listed as the suspect. Jachelle King, 19, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 6:20 a.m. for aggravated battery in Manhattan. King was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Officers filed a report of driving under the influence, transporting an open container and tampering with an ignition interlock device at approximately 11:47 p.m. on Jan. 10 in the 700 block of Fort Riley Blvd. Kenneth Upton, 48, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:17 a.m. on Jan. 11 for driving under the influence, transporting an open container and tampering with an ignition interlock device. Upton was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated burglary, domestic battery and criminal damage to property at approximately 2:44 p.m. on Jan. 10 in Manhattan. A 33-year-old woman was listed as the victim and a 36-year-old male known to the victim was listed as the suspect. Todd Dunstan, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:15 p.m. for aggravated burglary, domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Dunstan was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Officers responded to a report an injury accident at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 at the intersection of Anderson Ave. and Waters Street. Upon arrival, officers found that a 2023 Jeep Compass, driven by Glen Milheim, 77, of Junction City, struck a pedestrian on a bicycle, Nataniel Ervin, 54, of Ogden. Ervin was transported to Irwin Army Community Hospital for his injuries. Milheim was issued a citation for failing to yield at a stop sign.
