    Officers filed a report for interference with a law enforcement officer, battery on a law enforcement officer and domestic battery at approximately 8:44 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2025 in Manhattan. A 19-year-old man and a 46-year-old man were listed as the victims. A 40-year-old woman known to the 19-year-old victim was listed as the suspect. Katrina Fair, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:21 p.m. for interference with a law enforcement officer, battery on a law enforcement officer and domestic battery in Manhattan. Fair was issued a total bond of $7,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Robert Gibbons, 36, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:04 p.m. in the 500 block of Leavenworth on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of criminal threat. Gibbons was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of fraud at approximately 10:23 a.m. on Jan. 12 in Manhattan. A 77-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported he purchased a dog on Facebook from two suspects unknown to him and never received the dog. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,200.
