University Christian Church was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown individual stole a white 2010 enclosed Doolittle single-axle trailer from its parking lot. Officers filed a report for use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the body, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and interference with a law enforcement officer at approximately 2:57 p.m. on Jan. 27 in the 1600 block of Yuma. Damian Jones, 52, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:43 p.m. for use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the body, possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and interference with a law enforcement officer. Jones was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
