Kevin Barbosa Sosa, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 5:46 p.m. on Jan. 22, 2026 near 3rd Street and Fort Riley Blvd. on a Cobb County (Ga.) District Court warrant on the uniform criminal extradition act. Sosa was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
