    Officers filed a report for driving under the influence, driving while suspended and operating a car without a required interlock device at approximately 1:44 a.m. on Jan. 27, 2026 in the 2300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Lisa Sullivan, 44, of Topeka, was arrested at approximately 2:44 a.m. for driving under the influence, driving while suspended and operating a car without a required interlock device. Sullivan was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Taren Lhuillier, 20, of Manhattan, was arrested for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery at approximately 6:55 p.m. on Jan. 26 in the 100 block of 6th Street. This arrest stems from a report originally filed in July 2025. Lhuillier was issued a total bond of $100,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
