Gavin Moyer, 18, of Manhattan, was arrested on an Ellsworth County District Court warrant for aggravated battery at approximately 6:52 p.m. on Jan. 29, 2026 in the 1800 block of Claflin Road. Moyer was issued a total bond of $50,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Officers filed a report for battery on a law enforcement officer and interference with a law enforcement officer at approximately 12:14 p.m. on Jan. 29 near Hayes Drive and McCall Road. Janai Snyder, 27, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 12:31 p.m. for battery on a law enforcement officer and interference with a law enforcement officer. Snyder was issued a total bond of $9,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
