    Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property, domestic battery and criminal threat at approximately 12:47 a.m. on Jan. 9 in Manhattan. A 20-year-old man was listed as the victim and an 18-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Maximus Delafuente, 18, of Manhattan was arrested at approximately 2:08 a.m. for criminal damage to property, domestic battery and criminal threat. Delafuente was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of vehicle theft at approximately 10:28 p.m. on Jan. 8 in the 500 block of Richards Drive. A 21-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported a known 21-year-old man stole a 2021 Dodge Charger with a total estimated value of $20,000. Craig Webb, 21, of Fort Riley, was arrested at approximately 11 p.m. for criminal deprivation of property, criminal damage to property and driving under the influence. Webb was issued a total bond of $2,750 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of theft at approximately 8:19 p.m. on Jan. 8 in the 600 block of S. Seth Child Road. Home Depot was listed as the victim when it was reported a known suspect stole various items. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $1,195. Anyone with information, contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report aggravated assault, child endangerment and criminal threat at approximately 5:24 p.m. on Jan. 8 in Manhattan. Listed victims include a 31-year-old woman, a 26-year-old man, an 8-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl. A 31-year-old man known to the victims was listed as the suspect. Due to the nature of the crimes reported, no additional information will be released.

    Kelsi Bassler, 32, of Topeka, was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated interference with parental custody and interference with a law enforcement officer at approximately 12:11 p.m. on Jan. 8 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Bassler was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
