    29-year-old man arrested on 15 counts of protection order violation

    A Manhattan man was arrested Friday afternoon at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on multiple counts of violating a protection order, according to the Riley County Police Department.

    Officers filed a report at approximately 2:14 p.m. Feb. 20th in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road, the location of the Riley County Law Enforcement Center. A 24-year-old woman was listed as the victim, and a 29-year-old man was identified as the suspect.

    Tyrell Harper, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:53 p.m. on 15 counts of violating a protection order.

    Harper was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
