Scott Marchand was taken into custody on a $125,000 bond after police filed a report in the 2400 block of Walden Lane. Authorities listed charges of use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, two distribution or intent to distribute charges within 1,000 feet of a school along with two other lesser charges.

Police said Wednesday morning that Marchand was no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
