    RCPD arrests two men after Moro Street incident

    Two Manhattan men were arrested early Saturday following a reported disturbance in the Aggieville area, according to the Riley County Police Department.

    Officers filed a report at approximately 12:58 a.m. Feb. 21st in the 1100 block of Moro Street for aggravated battery, criminal threat and disorderly conduct.

    Christopher Barnes, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct. Tavon Goodman, 28, of Manhattan, was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, criminal threat and disorderly conduct. Both men were also listed as victims in the report.

    Barnes was issued a total bond of $25,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail. Goodman was issued a total bond of $15,000 and is also no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
