Officers filed a report for two counts of possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana at approximately 2:08 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2026 in the 5000 block of Fort Riley Blvd. Channa Cuchy, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:14 p.m. on two counts of possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana. Cuchy was issued a total bond of $11,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Officers filed a report for possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and violating the offender registration act at approximately 2:08 p.m. on Feb. 12 in the 5000 block of Fort Riley Blvd. Joseph Fabre, 61, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:10 p.m. for possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and violating the offender registration act. Fabre was issued a total bond of $13,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Ryan Cummings, 40, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 11:35 a.m. on Feb. 12 on three Pottawatomie County District Court warrants for failure to appear. Cummings was issued no bond and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
