    Aaron Renshaw, 30, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:49 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2026 in the 1000 block of Sunset Avenue on a Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of violating the offender registration act. Renshaw was issued a total bond of $15,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Kelli Wilson, 38, of Salina, was arrested at approximately 4:04 p.m. on Feb. 5 in the 400 block of E. Poyntz Avenue on a Pottawatomie County District Court warrant for one count of theft by threat; $1,500 or less from three businesses in 72 hours. This arrest stems from an original report filed in November 2025. Wilson was issued no bond and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Spencer Peterson, 44, of Clay Center, was arrested at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Feb. 5 in the 100 block of 4th Street on a Clay County District Court warrant for probation violation. Peterson was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Calvin Anderson III, 45, of Salina, was arrested at approximately 3:16 p.m. on Feb. 5 in the 400 block of E. Poyntz Avenue on a pair of Saline County District Court warrants for possession of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant and use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body. Anderson was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

    Taylor Dowling, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 1:25 p.m. on Feb. 5 in the 600 block of McCall Road on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for probation violation and Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges that include theft and making a false writing. Dowling was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

    Tristen Jepsen, 27, of Junction City, was arrested at approximately 10:51 a.m. on Feb. 5 in Pottawatomie County on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of aggravated battery, residential burglary and theft. Jepson was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
