Authorities are investigating the report of a vehicle theft Tuesday evening in northern Riley County.
According to the Riley County Police Department, a 59-year-old man told officers an unknown suspect illegally entered his camper, stole the keys to his Toyota Tacoma and stole the truck. The theft was reported in the 16000 block of Otter Creek Road in Leonardville.
The estimated total loss is approximately $6,000.
