The jury in a Riley County District Court case against a 31-year-old Lawrence man reached their verdict Wednesday afternoon, and found the man not guilty of all four counts.
Victor Armstrong-Tharp, of Lawrence was charged with two counts of rape and two counts of aggravated battery, all against the same woman. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in July 2024.
