A Wichita man involved in a fatal crash in southwest Kansas two years ago was arrested Tuesday by Riley County Police.
Nicholas Biddle was taken into custody on a Seward County District Court warrant listing charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving, speeding and failure to yield at a stop or yield sign. The charges stem from a June 2024 crash involving Biddle, resulting in the death of 42-year-old Jamee Perez, of Hugoton.
Biddle was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.
Online court documents show Biddle’s legal case is currently pending in Seward County, with an anticipated jury trial scheduled for April 2027.
