A Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday on multiple charges stemming from separate investigations, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers filed a report at approximately 9:57 a.m. April 29th in Manhattan for two counts of stalking. A 32-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were listed as the victims, while a known 39-year-old man was identified as the suspect.
Tracey Jerome Toliver, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:08 p.m. April 30 in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road, the location of the Riley County Law Enforcement Center, on two counts of stalking. He was issued a bond of $30,000 in connection with that arrest.
Later that day, at approximately 4:55 p.m., Toliver was arrested on charges of attempted burglary and attempted criminal trespass. Those charges stem from a report originally filed in July 2025.
Toliver was issued an additional bond of $8,000, bringing his total bond to $38,000. He remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
