Jordan Dominic Zimmerman, 28, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 4:50 p.m. on April 30, 2026 in the 100 block of Courthouse Plaza on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This arrest stems from original charges of residential burglary. Zimmerman was issued no bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct at approximately 4:18 p.m. on April 30 in the 500 block of N. Manhattan Ave., when it was reported a 23-year-old man pointed a gun at a 47-year-old man, who was delivering DoorDash. The 23-year-old man reported that the 47-year-old man brandished a knife. Both are listed as victims and suspects in this report.
Dylan Avery Murnahan, 24, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:57 p.m. on April 30 in the 100 block of 4th Street on a Clay County District Court warrant for probation violation. Murnahan was issued no bond and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
Elijah James Smith, 29, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:30 p.m. on April 30 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on four counts of violating the offender registration act, two counts of perjury and one count of aggravated violation of the offender registration act. Smith was issued a total bond of $40,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report for two counts of stalking at approximately 9:57 a.m. on April 29 in Manhattan. A 32-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were listed as the victims. A known 39-year-old man was listed as the suspect. Tracey Jerome Toliver, 39, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 2:08 p.m. on April 30 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on two counts of stalking. Toliver was issued a bond of $30,000 for that arrest. Then, at approximately 4:55 p.m., Toliver was arrested for attempted burglary and attempted criminal trespass and issued a bond of $8,000. That arrest stems from an original report filed in July 2025. Toliver has a total bond of $38,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
